Phase 2: Filing

Our members will assist you with filing all documents required by the court. CCD strongly urges parties to consult with an attorney prior to making any agreements which will impact your legal rights and responsibilities. Our attorney members are available to consult with you as needed, to mediate your divorce, assist you in a collaborative law process, or represent you in court. It is the goal of our attorney members to work toward a fair and equitable settlement of all issues and keep you from having to fight in court. The level of participation by an attorney will vary depending on which process is appropriate for your needs.
